Job DescriptionThe Cocoon is seeking a full-time Criminal Justice Advocate. The Criminal Justice Advocate will work directly with law enforcement and the judicial system to assist survivors of domestic and sexual violence in the navigating the criminal justice process. The position will act as a liaison between the criminal justice system, the survivor and advocacy services.
QualificationsAfter-hours and weekend on-call are scheduled as the agency's needs arise. Minimum of 2 years related experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently. Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, are required. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
